The St Patrick Anglophone Parish is a sociological parish, it is not based on a particular territory, but on the practice of English language. It was created in year 2001 by the Bishop of Bafoussam. It was intended as a parish for all Anglophones and all other people who would like to hear the Word of God and worship in English. Its covers the whole of Bafoussam town, and is located at MAETUR quarter on the way to Batyo lagoueng-Baleng, inside the territory of Koptchou St Francois Xavier parish.
This parish numbers about 2,500 faithful and keeps growing in number. It possesses a young school of the anglo-saxon system.
